How to make Carrot Squash:

One Healthy Homemade squash for those who loves natural drinks.this is a simple squash recipe that can be made without adding too much chemicals as normally done by the companies.

Ingredients:
  • Scraped Carrot -2kg
  • Sugar-2kg
  • Lime juice-10ns
  • Orange colour-1or2 drops
  • Citric acid- 2spn
  • Orange essence-2drops


Making Method:

  1. Boil the scraped carrot for 20 minutes.
  2. After that separate the fluid and  remove the residue.
  3. if you want to drain and remove the remaining solid carrot pieces ,then use a cloth piece and do it again.
  4. Add 2kg of sugar to the drained fluid and boil it for 10minutes in medium fire.
  5. Then add juice of 10 limes and again boil for 5minutes,stir well.
  6. Add little orange color, citric acid to it and mix well.
  7. remove from fire and place it for cooling. After cooling add orange essence.


How to make Home made Lassi:

Indians famous tasty yogurt based drink, simple to make. so just try it and enjoy.


Ingredients:


  1. Fresh chilled curd-2cups
  2. Sugar-1-2tspn
  3. Hot milk-1tspn
  4. Cardamom Powder-1/2tspn
  5. Saffron-7ns
  6. Essence(vanilla)-1drops
  7. Ice-as required
 


Method:

  • Mix the saffron in 1-2tspn hot milk and stir well till completely dissolved.
  • Mix sugar in Curd till dissolved.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients and whip well.
  • Add crushed ice to it and serve chilled.
