Fish Balls

How to Prepare Fish Balls: A special recipe

'Fish' a great source of vitamins for daily body metabolism. Most of us like fish recipes,here I am sharing one simple and healthy recipe that everyone can try at home.
Fish Balls

Ingredients Required:

  • Fish( without bone)-500gm 
  • Onions-150gm
  • Potato-250gm
  • Bread powder-250gm
  • Oil-50gm
  • Vinegar-1tspn
  • Green chilly-15gm
  • Egg-1ns
  • Ginger-1piece
  • Chilly powder-1tbspn
  • Salt- as required      



Preparation:


  1. Cook Fish with little Chopped onions, salt and vinegar.
  2. Sauté the remaining chopped onions,ginger,chillies and red chilly powder.
  3. After 5 minutes add cook and smashed potatoes,along with fish pieces and Sauté again.
  4. After the water fully dried, take off from fire and place for cool.
  5. Make this into small balls and dip these in buffed egg and bread powder.
  6. Now fry it and enjoy ......
